Tanggu jawab / key responsibilities

• Memeriksa dan merawat pompa, filter, dan sistem sirkulasi kolam (Inspect and maintain pool pumps, filters and circulation systems)
• Menguji dan mengelola klorin, pH, dan kualitas air kolam (Test and manage chlorine, pH and general pool water quality)
• Merawat sistem pemanas dan pendingin hot plunge dan cold plunge (Maintain hot and cold plunge heating and cooling systems)
• Merawat taman, termasuk penyiraman, pemangkasan, dan perawatan umum (Manage gardens, including watering, trimming and general care)
• Melakukan pembersihan menyeluruh, termasuk pressure washing (Complete deep cleaning, including pressure washing)
• Melakukan perbaikan umum dan pemeliharaan preventif (Carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance)
• Memantau seluruh area dan melaporkan kerusakan sebelum menjadi lebih serius (Monitor the venue and report faults before they become larger issues)
• Menjaga alat, peralatan, dan persediaan pemeliharaan (Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance supplies)

Tanggung jawab

• Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan rutin fasilitas resort (AC, listrik, plumbing, mekanikal, kolam renang, dll).
• Melakukan preventive maintenance sesuai jadwal.
• Menangani laporan kerusakan dari seluruh departemen dengan cepat dan tepat.
• Memastikan seluruh sistem utilitas (air, listrik, genset) berfungsi optimal.
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja Engineering.
• Melaporkan kondisi aset dan kebutuhan spare part kepada atasan.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Minimum diploma, bachelor degree or background in related fields.
• Good communication skill & positif attitude.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
• Familiar VHP system as additional benefit.
