Tanggung jawab

• Membantu dalam tugas pemeliharaan rutin, termasuk plumbing, listrik, HVAC, dan perbaikan umum.
• Melakukan inspeksi untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah di properti vila.
• Mendukung tim teknik dalam melaksanakan jadwal pemeliharaan preventif.
• Memastikan semua aktivitas pemeliharaan mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan kebijakan perusahaan.
• Membantu dalam instalasi, pengujian, dan pengoperasian peralatan baru.
• Memelihara catatan yang akurat tentang aktivitas pemeliharaan dan perbaikan.
• Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan staf vila dan manajemen untuk memastikan operasi yang lancar.

Vila terletak di Seminyak, Kerobokan, dan Umalas (BADUNG). Bukan bagian dari kompleks, tetapi vila independen. Kandidat harus tinggal di Bali dan memiliki motor sendiri.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Perform inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues in villa properties.
• Support the engineering team in executing preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required.
• Provide technical support for villa systems and equipment.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Engineering Manager promptly.
• Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with villa staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest industry practices.
• Develop a thorough understanding of villa management systems and technologies.
