Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a café, restaurant or hotel with a knowledge of Basic Pastry and Bakery is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Western breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.
  • Experience working in a Western-style café kitchen.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts.
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
  • Strong attention to the product quality and presentation.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic English communication preferred.
