Responsibility

  • Provide warm welcoming to every guest upon arrival.
  • Ensure all guest are happy during stay.
  • Run and upselling program to boost other revenue.
  • Handle guest complain and ensure the resolution are promptly delivered.
  • Process guest's departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
  • Promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls and text messages.
  • Provide information on villa facilities and services complete.
  • Provide concierge services including booking activities, dining reservations and transport, point of
  • interest.
  • Ensure and handling guest special requests are efficiently completed based on requirements.
  • Handling and assist guest belonging and luggage with care.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures.
  • Provide direction to guests requiring guidance and offering any further assistance as required
  • Following up other related duties as assigned by the executive butler coordinator.
