Kami mencari staff housekeeping (runner) yang bertanggung jawab, rajin, dan berpengalaman untuk bergabung bersama tim operasional villa kami.

Qualifications

• Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 40 tahun.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang housekeeping (villa/hotel).
• Disiplin, jujur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
• Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Bersedia kerja full-time & fleksibel.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pembersihan harian seluruh area villa (kamar, kamar mandi, dapur, ruang tamu, area luar).
• Mengganti dan merapikan linen, handuk, dan perlengkapan kamar.
• Menangani laundry internal bila diperlukan.
• Menjaga stok perlengkapan kebersihan dan barang kebutuhan tamu.
• Memastikan semua fasilitas villa dalam keadaan bersih dan berfungsi.
• Membantu menyambut tamu bila dibutuhkan.
• Melaporkan kerusakan, kekurangan, atau perbaikan ke atasan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan gardener, pool man, dan maintenance untuk memastikan kenyamanan tamu.
• Menjalankan protokol kebersihan dan sanitasi sesuai standar villa.

Penempatan

• Kerobokan / seminyak / canggu.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Good english both oral and written.
• Attention to detail & able to work independently also as a team.
• Pleasant personalities, well-groomed and discipline.
• Have relevant background with same position minimal 6 months.
• Fresh graduated are most welcome.

Qualifications

• Candidates residing in ubud, seminyak, canggu, uluwatu are prioritized.
• Must be able to handle check-In and check-out processes, maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and have flexibility with scheduling.
• Have a good attitude and strong work commitment, strong attention to detail, exceptional guest service, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years same position.
• Good communication in english.
• Greeting and advising customers.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Placement, bali (airport, GWK, nusa dua, ubud)

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping (hotel/villa/cruise/liveaboard) preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, responsible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules during sailing periods.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-service oriented.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest cabins, including bathrooms and toilets, following the company's cleanliness standards.
• Make beds and prepare guest rooms before, during, and after each trip.
• Replace and wash towels (laundry service), including bath towels and dive deck towels.
• Ensure all linen, towels, and bathroom amenities are ready for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in cabins and guest areas throughout the voyage.
• Prepare and manage daily stock reports (canned drinks, snacks, bathroom amenities, etc.).
• Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs in the cabins.
• Communicate any guest complaints or special requests to the cruise director.
• Coordinate with the chief housekeeping and assist the chef when needed.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a welcoming attitude at all times onboard.
