Your role, as our sales & events manager, you will

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the resort, restaurant, and spa.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events, including weddings, private gatherings, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, travel agents, tour operators, and luxury concierges.
  • Manage and optimize OTA partnerships and direct booking platforms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the general manager and owner to align sales and events goals with the overall brand vision.
  • Analyze sales and event performance to create actionable strategies for continuous growth.
  • Ensure exceptional client relations and personalized experiences through tailored offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 3 years in a sales and/or events management role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury boutique resort, or event venue.
  • Proven track record: a history of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing events from planning to execution.
  • Skills: strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: familiarity with OTAs, direct booking systems, and current hospitality/event industry trends.
  • Passion: a genuine enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and creating memorable events.
  • Language: advanced verbal and written english proficiency.
  • Preferred experience: handling high-end clientele, international travel markets, and luxury events (weddings, corporate, VIP functions).
