Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai teknisi atau staf maintenance di villa/hotel.
• Memiliki keahlian dalam perawatan dan perbaikan umum seperti: instalasi listrik lampu, plumbing (saluran air, kran, kloset), dan AC / sistem pendingin (nilai plus).
• Proaktif, cekatan, dan bisa bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Siap bekerja dengan jadwal fleksibel (termasuk akhir pekan jika diperlukan).
• Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Menangani perbaikan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas villa (lampu, kran, listrik, dll).
• Melakukan pengecekan rutin dan perbaikan ringan.
• Respon cepat terhadap laporan dari tim atau tamu.

Kami mencari staff housekeeping (runner) yang bertanggung jawab, rajin, dan berpengalaman untuk bergabung bersama tim operasional villa kami.

Qualifications

• Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 40 tahun.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang housekeeping (villa/hotel).
• Disiplin, jujur, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab.
• Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Bersedia kerja full-time & fleksibel.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pembersihan harian seluruh area villa (kamar, kamar mandi, dapur, ruang tamu, area luar).
• Mengganti dan merapikan linen, handuk, dan perlengkapan kamar.
• Menangani laundry internal bila diperlukan.
• Menjaga stok perlengkapan kebersihan dan barang kebutuhan tamu.
• Memastikan semua fasilitas villa dalam keadaan bersih dan berfungsi.
• Membantu menyambut tamu bila dibutuhkan.
• Melaporkan kerusakan, kekurangan, atau perbaikan ke atasan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan gardener, pool man, dan maintenance untuk memastikan kenyamanan tamu.
• Menjalankan protokol kebersihan dan sanitasi sesuai standar villa.

Penempatan

• Kerobokan / seminyak / canggu.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with the OSS system and local government licensing bodies in bali.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a legal or administration role, preferably in the real estate, villa management, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong understanding of PBG, SLF, and villa licensing regulations in bali.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken english and bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in microsoft office and document handling tools.
• A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
