Job descriptions

• Assist to manage and leading the team member in order to prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget variances and provide insights to management on financial performance.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes and implement controls to minimize revenue leakage and ensure accuracy in revenue reporting.
• Prepare an analyze costs and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.
• Assist in preparing data for financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and business expansion plans.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Assist in establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial transactions.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is a must.
• Working experience within 2 years of experience.
• Brevet A & B certification (preferred).

Key responsibilities

• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
• Examining financial record to check for accuracy.
• Preparing weekly cash statements, and flow controlling expenditure and cash flow.
