- Memantau dan menjaga kebersihan dapur sesuai standar hygiene & food safety (HACCP).
- Mengelola stok bahan baku dan mengurangi food waste.
- Berinovasi dan membantu pengembangan menu baru.
- Menjaga kerapihan dan kelancaran operasional dapur saat peak hour.
Kualifikasi & requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga / D3 Perhotelan.
- Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Senior Cook / Chef de Partie.
- Menguasai masakan Western, Indonesia, atau Asian Fusion (salah satu atau lebih).
- Mampu memimpin tim dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Memahami HACCP, food safety, dan kitchen management.
- Kreatif, teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki selera tinggi terhadap rasa & presentasi.
- Sehat jasmani & rohani, tidak ada riwayat penyakit menular.
- Bersedia kerja shift, malam, weekend, dan hari libur nasional.
