  • Menguasai masakan Western, Indonesia, atau Asian Fusion (salah satu atau lebih).
  • Mampu memimpin tim dan bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Memahami HACCP, food safety, dan kitchen management.
  • Kreatif, teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki selera tinggi terhadap rasa & presentasi.
  • Sehat jasmani & rohani, tidak ada riwayat penyakit menular.
