- Prior experience in a similar role (cost control, F&B analyst, inventory/purchasing) within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, portion control, and stock management.
- Skilled in excel/google sheets and inventory software.
- Strong communication skills in english and ability to coordinate with kitchen/bar/admin teams.
- Reliable, detail-oriented & proactive.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain COGS for both kitchen and bar operations.
- Conduct regular menu costings and recommend price adjustments based on updated supplier pricing.
- Monitor daily usage and stock levels to identify variances or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with head chef and bar manager to ensure portion control and
minimize waste.
- Analyze inventory and usage reports, provide feedback to management on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and update product pricing in collaboration with management and
accounting.
