Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any majors. Tourism and Hospitality majors are preferred.
Having min 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position preferably from lifestyle restaurant.
Fluent in English and well-groomed and presentable.
Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people.
Proven ability to set up operational systems, SOPs, team structure, service standard.
Familiar with OTA platforms, reservation systems, guest review platforms, and hospitality reporting tools.
Having knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls.

You will be Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and villa from staff management to guest relations.
Manage the operations of the hotel and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the property, including staffing, maintenance, and guest services.
You will assist the management in identifying business opportunities, competitive analyses, formulating and implementing business plant & market expansion, revenue growth strategy.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the staff to ensure a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement.
Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitiveness.
