We are looking for a well-organized and reliable Personal Assistant to the General Manager who will also support Guest Experience Management across our villa business in Seminyak.
This is a dual role combining administrative support, guest communication, simple procurement tasks, operational follow-up, assistance with daily villa coordination, and support with guest experience.
The ideal candidate is professional, well-presented, confident speaking with international guests, and comfortable working in a flexible hospitality environment.

We are a privately owned luxury villa in Seminyak hosting international guests on short stays. Our standard is hotel-level cleanliness combined with warm, discreet personal service. As Villa Housekeeper your main responsibility is the daily condition of the villa. In addition, you assist with breakfast each morning — supporting our guest relation manager with preparation, table set-up and service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in detail — the kind of person who notices a fingerprint on a glass door or a crooked cushion before the guest does.
